I would say it’s hard to know if you are changing the recipe as it can change timing and texture – I wouldn’t say it’s enough flour so will have a more cake base. x

I have a fan oven so temp was 160 but I found that after the cooking time it was still very “cake batter” like across the top centre so I left it in longer, only problem being it then went over. I also swapped 50g of flour and replaced with 50g coconut, therefore now using 200g flour and 100g coconut.
